Brooklyn Village

CATE Services was selected as a partner with The Peebles Corporation on Brooklyn Village on their 17-acre mixed-use development in Uptown Charlotte. The history of the area, once a thriving African American neighborhood known simply as “Brooklyn,” will be honored throughout the development, which will include approximately 3 million gross square feet of residential, hotel, retail, cultural and large tracts of centrally located public space. CATE Services will be performing Project Management for the sitework portion of the development and providing project staff augmentation to support the Brooklyn Village Project.
