CATE Services is under a Master Service Agreement for maintenance and improvement to two buildings on NCCU's campus: The Chancellor's Victory Football Suite and a Residential Hall. The contract is to to repaint and reseal, power wash deck, clean upholstered chairs, clean and polish cabinets, clean vents and return, replace broken furniture, deep clean entire suite, connect existing two canopy, replace carpet, replace sign (sign must be provide by owner), replace fire extinguisher, disposal of any equipment left behind, final cleaning.
